Clairovance lessons

This is a breathing practice to improve your clairvoyance ability. Everybody have some degree of clairvoyance. Some people channel it properly and others not. We all have intuitive guidance in our dreams most of us forget this when we wake up. Clairvoyance is a good practice to get such intuitive guidance when we are conscious. It needs little practice like Pranayama(Breathing Exercise), Auto Suggestions, Self-Hypnosis, Crystal Gazing, Chakra Meditation etc.

Here I give a Pranayama called as Nadi Sutha. It is very popular, easy and most effective practice Constructed by Indian Yogis. Most yogic practices start with this. If anyone does this continuously and correctly   physical strength and mental strength will be increased. I added this as first step in clairvoyance practice.

After the age 15 anyone can do. Do not practice roughly. Relaxation, slow and constant practice will give good result. Minimum 15 days required feeling the energy. This practice is followed by some Reiki masters to increase their 'Chi'.

Check following before you do the practice.

1. You are clean.
2. Your Stomach is (almost) empty.
3. You do not take any drugs.

Good time to Practice.

1. Morning 4-7.
2. Evening 5-6.
3. Night 10-11.

Practice.

1. Sit in a comfortable position.
2. Make sure your body is straight. Do not bend your shoulder, neck.
3. Relax your body and mind.
4. Inhale deeply exhale deeply.
5. Close your right side of your nose with right thumb.
6. Inhale through the left side of your nose. (Do not strain more just relax).
7. Do not hold air in your chest.
8. Close your left side of your nose with right ring finger.
9. Release right side of your nose.
10. Exhale through the right side of your nose.
11. Do not stop. Now Inhale through the right side of your nose.
12. Close your right side of your nose with right thumb.
13. Release left side of your nose.
14. Exhale through the Left side of your nose.
15. Consider this as one round.
16. Do 25 rounds. Do not exceed 25 rounds.

Do's
1. Practice once in a day.
2. Do daily in the same time.
3. Possible time inhale and exhale is good.
4. Do as normal breathing.
5. Consult your nearest yoga Master.
6. If you feel uncomfortable stop this practice.


Dont's
1. Do not practice more than once in a day.
2. Do not attempt more than 25 rounds.
3. Do not hold breath.


Do this practice for 15 days. The further clairvoyance practice will be easy to you. And your inner sense will be awaken by this practice. See you in the next lesson.


This practice is the next step for the clairvoyance. From the previous lesson your body and mind will be fit for the peace. You can easily experience the Alpha Level when you do the pranayama. Hope you felt that.

If you practice this you can also do clairvoyance reading. I hope everybody is a clairvoyant. You may get answers in three ways,

* From your thoughts.
* From the Mind Picture/ Scene.
* From the Sound (Clairaudience)

Level#1- Practice for First 7 Days

In this level you get the readings only through your thoughts. And the question must be Yes/No type.

* Go to the Alpha Level.
* Just watch your thoughts.
* Ask a question to your inner mind.
* Wait for the answer. Do not think/use your previous experience and knowledge about the question.
* You will get yes/no as answer.
* Note your question and the answer in a Diary.
* Check the answers in future.


Don'ts
# Do not ask personal questions in this Level.
# Do not concentrate. Just Relax and watch the answer.
# Do not practice more than 30 minutes.
# Do not read any legal/risky/political/death readings.
# Before you have good success in your reading. Do not reveal any readings to others.

Note
If you are very much interested in Football. Do not ask if your team will win or not. Because your outer mind can tell your wish as the answer. It may be wrong.

Level#2 - Next 7 days.

In this level you are going to program your inner mind and get the answer as symbol or inanimate picture.

* Go to the alpha level.
* Visualize Traffic Green signal for 30 seconds. Relax.
* After that just tell to your inner mind that this is the symbol for YES. Repeat the suggestions for 10 times.
* Now visualize Traffic Red signal for 30 seconds. Relax.
* After that just tell to your inner mind that this is the symbol for NO. Repeat the suggestions for 10 times.
* After 7 days of finishing your mind program. Close your eyes and ask a question in your mind and watch the traffic signal.
* 2 times practice (Morning & night) will give good results.


Don'ts
# Do not concentrate. Just Relax and watch the answer.

Level#3 - Next 7 Days after finishing level#2

In this level of practice you need a deck of playing cards.

* Remove the joker card from the deck.
* Shuffle the deck and put it upside down.
* Talk with your inner mind "I have shuffled cards. There are two colours before me black and red. Show me the colour in my mind"
* Close your eyes and visualize the colour (black/red) of the card.
* You may feel the colour / see the colour in your mental screen.
* Now see the card and verify it.
* If the reading is correct place the card in the right side.
* If the reading is wrong place the card in the left side.
* Read for all cards.
* Count the cards and Check out the percentage of your success.

Level#4 - Next 7 Days after finishing level#3

In this level of practice you need a deck of playing cards.

* Read for all cards.
* Count the cards and Check out the percentage of your success.

Level#5 - Next 7 Days after finishing level#4

Do the above practice to read the number of the card. (A,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,K). And also try to catch the colour.

Level#6 - Next 7 Days after finishing level#5

Do the above practice to read the number of the card. (A,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,K). Also visualize the symbol.

Level#7 -  Next 7 Days after finishing level#6

Now we are going to read more accurate.

* When you wake up in the morning do this.
* Close your eyes.
* Go to the alpha level.
* Clear your mental screen.
* Ask your inner mind to show you the first page of your newspaper.
* Watch your images.
* You will get more than one image.
* Note all images and readings.
* Come out and verify with the News Paper.

Level#8 - Next 7 Days after finishing level#7

In this level you are going to get the answer as animated picture/scene.

* Go to the alpha level.
* Ask a question in your Mind.
* Now watch your mental screen.
* Do not translate.
* Just Watch all the things come in your mind.
* Write down in a notebook and verify the results later.
* 2 times practice (Morning & night) will give good results.

Sample Reading

If your friend have some problem. Just read for it. Note all the images come in your mind. Verify the reading with the real thing in future.

Level#9 - Next 7 Days after finishing level#8

In this level Read for Past, present and future.

* You can read your childhood or Past lives.
* You can read where is your friend.
* You can read somebody's Exam Result.

The further clairvoyance practice will be easy to you. And your inner sense will be awakening by this practice. See you in the next lesson.


Level#10 - After finishing level#9

In this level of practice you are going to learn remote viewing.

* Choose a place (it may be familiar to you) in your mind.
* Sit in a comfortable place.
* Close your eyes and relax your body and mind.
* Go to the Alpha Level.
* Now visualize the place in your mind.
* See the climate, Colors, things, persons etc.
* Note it in your diary. Check it.


Level#11 - After finishing level#10

In this level of practice you are going to learn remote viewing.

* Choose a place (it may be unfamiliar to you) in your mind.
* Sit in a comfortable place.
* Close your eyes and relax your body and mind.
* Go to the Alpha Level.
* Now visualize the place in your mind.
* See the climate, Colors, things, persons etc.
* Note it in your diary. Check it afterwards.


You have to visualize in all levels. Means do not force any pictures in your mind. Just watch. Let the images come in your mind automatically. If you cannot see the images try to get through your thoughts.

After Finishing the all levels try the following tests.

Test #1 -

You have some more time to see your friend. Do the following.
* Relax and go to alpha level.
* Ask your inner mind to show your friend.
* Visualize him/her in your mind.
* Watch his/her dress, colours, the way, vehicle etc.
* Note it in a diary and check it.

Test #2 -

You are going to a party in a hotel.
* Relax and go to alpha level.
* Ask your inner mind to show the hotel.
* See the persons, time, etc.
* Note it in a diary and check it.

Test #3 -

You have lost a thing. It may be small or big thing. Now,
* Relax and go to alpha level.
* Ask your inner mind to show the lost thing.
* Visualize the place etc.
* Note it in a diary and find it.

Test #4 -

If your televisions live telecast the lottery results.

* Relax and go to alpha level.
* Ask your inner mind to show the digits.
* Watch your mind screen.
* Note the number in a diary and check the result.

You can create infinite tests. Everybody cannot succeed 100%. Efforts make good results.
